How do I adjust my order?
​If you ordered a wrong size, input the wrong address, or notice any other mistakes regarding your order, let us know as soon as possible and we'll do our best to adjust it for you! If your package has already shipped, we can no longer amend the order.
What payment options do you accept?
We currently accept all credit/debit cards along with Paypal and Apple Pay.

How does local pickup work?
If you have placed an order for local pickup, instructions will be sent by email with pickup dates, times, and locations. If for some reason you are unable to pick up your order within the dates specified in your Pre-Order Instructions email, please cancel your order with customer service and place a new order using the First Class or Priority Mail shipping methods.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Domestic shipping usually takes 3-10 business days to receive.
Pre-Orders
What does pre-order mean?
At the BG Online Shop, you can reserve items from upcoming collections before they come out.
How do I pre-order an item?
All items eligible for pre-order are marked as "Pre-Order" on shop.briannagardocki.com. You can simply add a pre-order item to your cart just like any other item and proceed to checkout. You will be required to enter in a payment method and pay for your order in advance to reserve it.
When will my pre-order arrive?
If you have ordered your item for local pickup, we will notify you of pickup locations and dates via email. If you have chosen shipping, your order will be shipped out as soon as it comes available. Once the order ships, we will send you an email with tracking details.
Can I make changes to my pre-order?
If you would like to make changes to your pre-order including changing from local pickup to shipping or vice-versa, you will need to reach out to cancel the original order and process a new one with the changes. Refunds are typically issued in 7-9 business days for any order that has been changed. If you need assistance with processing changes to your order, please reach out to our customer service via hello@briannagardocki.com.

Can I return a pre-order?
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt. For all returns, merchandise must be returned in salable condition and proof of purchase is required. If you are interested in making a return, click here to go to our returns center.
Will I be notified if the pre-order changes?
Yes, you will receive an email notifying you of any pre-order changes, or if your pre-order has been cancelled.
